Where are we based?

Phynova is a British company and our head office is located just outside of Oxford, UK. Our product is made in the UK in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, and our fulfilment centre is located in Swindon.

How long will it take to be delivered and how much will it cost?

Postage and Packing: All orders are despatched, via First Class Royal Mail (or equivalent courier), on the same day Monday-Friday, provided your order is received before 1pm. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed on weekends are dispatched on Monday. Please allow up to 5 working days although most orders are usually delivered within 1-2 working days.

Delivery is FREE for orders over £25, otherwise P&P is £3.50.

Can I order from outside the UK?

Our product is a medicine and we are unable by law to sell to customers living outside of the UK. We are working on registering our product in other countries across Europe and will update shipping options when we received approvals. In order to purchase, your shipping address must be registered in the UK.

Where else can you buy our product?

Phynova Joint and Muscle Relief can be bought direct from our online shop. It’s simple, safe and straightforward.
Alternatively, our products are available from Boots, and selected Holland & Barrett, Well Pharmacies and Independent pharmacies.


Phynova Group Ltd is committed to providing its customers with products that meet their customers’ needs. However, we understand that there may be occasions when the items may not have been delivered correctly or that you no longer require the product. If this is the case then the customer has the right to return the Goods to The Company free of charge within 28 days of the Delivery Date for a replacement or full credit or refund as long as the goods are unused and are returned with the original packaging.

We are unable to refund any products that have been used or that have had their packaging removed.

We are only able to accept returns and refunds from products that have been purchased directly from us.

Returns can only be made for damaged products

In the event of a refund, please note the refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order.

Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.

Your statutory rights are not affected

Before returning an item, please contact our customer services team at or call +44 (0) 1993 880 700 so your return can be authorised. The customer services team with send you a Returns Authorisation Form that will need to be completed

To return an item, please complete the Returns Authorisation Form that will be sent you and return the unopened package to:

Please note that all returns are evaluated before being processed.
